Please be on time for your pet's appointment. Late arrivals severely disrupt the grooming of other pets. We reserve the right to mark your appointment as a no show after 30 minutes late. Please make sure that your pet has had food & water within the last few hours and has recently used the restroom before to coming into the salon, this will help speed up grooming times. All pets must have current shot records that is administered by licensed vet in order to be groomed or attend daycare in our facility.

If you cannot make your appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour notice so that we can fill that appointment slot with another client and not be charged a fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged a $25 fee/per pet, which we will send an invoice or charge card on file day of scheduled appointment. This fee will need to paid in order to rebook any future appointments. All previous no-shows or same-day cancellations will be required to add a card  on a file for us to charge any future no-shows/same-day cancellations.

Please pick up and drop off your pet at our agreed time scheduled. If you cannot make that time, please call us so that we can try and make arrangements. Please do not come early, as your pet's grooming may not be finished and this disrupts the grooming process for everyone. If you need your pet done at a certain time please make prior arrangements at a time of booking. All ASAP grooming requests will be charged an additional $20/per dog.

All pets must be picked up by our closing time. Pets who have not been picked up before or at our closing time 5:30pm will be charged a fee of $15/PER DOG FOR EVERY 15 MIN after per pet.
